Oil & Gas

TNI has recently created a dedicated industry team focused on the oil & gas sector that will aim to provide a range of advisory services to the energy industry including advice on mergers and acquisitions; equity capital markets transactions and asset valuation.

The members of the oil and gas team have considerable sector specific know-how and their experience includes asset valuation, asset sales, M&A advisory, strategy development, implementation tactics and exploration management in the following countries: Australia, Egypt, France, Ireland, Philippines, Russia, Sudan and Ukraine.

TNI has developed a dedicated real estate team with over 80 years of combined experience offering turnkey solutions in real estate advisory and investment management and has advised clients on real estate projects in excess of AED 11.7 billion.
