TNI has a long standing track record of investing in local and regional equity markets. Historically, TNI investment activities were carried out with the firm's balance sheet and individually on behalf of select shareholders. In 2005, TNI took a strategic decision to launch its asset management services. Its primary objective is to provide sophisticated investors with access to the Middle East and North African (MENA) markets.

Today, the asset management division offers best-of-breed funds focused on the MENA equity markets, in addition to Segregated Accounts that accommodate the flexibility required by institutional investors. The division's process driven approach, consistent performance, and dedication to achieving superior returns, have won TNI various industry accolades, securing its international reputation as one of the region's asset management industry leaders.

TNI is committed to full compliance with global regulatory standards and best practices. The firm carries out its investment management services from its main office in Abu Dhabi and its office in DIFC. Under this structure, its activities are regulated both by the UAE Central Bank and by the DFSA. Additionally, TNI is now recognized as a fund promoter and investment manager by the Irish Financial Regulator, enabling the firm to launch its umbrella fund structure under UCITS III regulation.
