TNI Proprietary Portfolio
TNI has made approximately two dozen private equity investments through its proprietary portfolio by funding some of the most prestigious companies in the region, including Aldar, Aramex, Aabar, Tabreed, Depa and Colliers. Through the proprietary portfolio TNI has incubated and financed regional businesses since 1994. The proprietary portfolio invests in companies across the business lifecycle, including start-up companies needing seed investments, growth companies looking to expand operations and gain market share, and late stage companies looking for strategic developments. TNI has exited many of these investments realizing an aggregate IRR of 41% over a 15 year history.
