As part of our strategy to attract and retain UAE national employees, we give priority to the recruitment of UAE talents, who possess the necessary skills, knowledge and experience. We also provide them, and other employees, with educational assistance when required.

At TNI, we also realize the importance of training and development of UAE nationals. We play a prominent role in preparing UAE nationals to enter the workforce through our internship programs.

Our TNI Civic Committee advises management on plans and strategies to assist young UAE nationals, especially fresh university graduates, in gaining work experience. Through various programs, organized by the committee, we provide training to interested university students to familiarize them with the work environment within the private sector. The committee works closely with other government organizations to develop the right programs for young UAE nationals to join the workforce.
