Subsidiaries

Between 1994 and 2006, TNI worked on building its proprietary portfolio. During the same period, it launched a number of successful companies, including National Investor Property Management Company (Colliers UAE), and Gulf National Securities Center (GNSC).

		Colliers international - U.A.E Established in 1996, Colliers International, a wholly owned subsidiary of TNI, provides services in property management, sales and leasing. The company operates throughout the GCC offering sale, lease property management, as well as feasibility studies, valuations and development consultancy services.
	Gulf National Securities Centre (GNSC) GNSC was established on 24 August 2004 as a limited liability company. As a registered member of the Abu Dhabi Securities Market (ADSM) and the Dubai Financial Market (DFM), the company’s principal activities are to provide share brokerage services in finance and commodity markets.
