TNI set up a new private equity office at the DIFC in Dubai in April 2007 to expand its investment activities in the GCC region. While the primary focus of the Dubai office is to structure and advise on new private equity transactions, it also assists existing portfolio companies in entering or expanding their operations in the region, and provides support for TNI’s other businesses. TNI has built its Dubai presence by drawing upon a combination of experienced staff from its operations in Abu Dhabi as well as hiring well established, successful professionals.
